8-Week Overwhelm to Clarity

This is a customized VIP 1:1 program, you will receive 8 weekly 50-minute coaching sessions. These sessions include curated resources & exercises, text/email support and individualized welcome package.

Distance Reiki Session

Distant Reiki sessions work because energy is not limited by time and distance. Distance is only a physical limitation, so sessions can be done without clients being physically present.

CIJ Clarity Catalyst

The Clarity Catalyst Course is based on a Stanford University master’s degree program that was developed in 1979 to cultivate creativity, authenticity and self- expression.
